Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rules to the
Wisconsin Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
The Department of Children and Families submitted proposed rules to the Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse on December 12, 2019.
The statement of scope for this rule, SS 082-17, was approved by the Governor on August 30, 2017; published in Register No. 741A1 on September 5, 2017; and approved by Secretary Eloise Anderson on October 10, 2017. Analysis
The proposed rules affect DCF 58, relating to kinship care and long-term kinship care.
Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held in Madison on January 21, 2020. The organizational unit responsible for the promulgation of the proposed rule is the Division of Safety and Permanence.
