Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On December 6, 2019, the Department of Financial Institutions submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15(1), Stats. Analysis
The proposed rule amends ss. CSP 1.03, 1.09(4) and 1.12 related to account ownership, rollovers and refunds under the state’s College Savings Program, s. 224.50, Stats. Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 106-19, was approved by the governor on October 3, 2019; published in Administrative Register No. 766A2 on October 14, 2019; and approved by the department on November 26, 2019. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on a date to be determined.
