On August 29, 2019, the Psychology Examining Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats.

Analysis

The proposed rules affect Chapter Psy 4, relating to continuing education audits, and the renewal and reinstatement of licenses.

Statement of Scope

The scope statement for this rule, SS 057-18, was approved by the Governor on May 18, 2018, published in Register No. 749B, on May 29, 2018, and approved by the Psychology Examining Board on June 8, 2018.

A public hearing is required and will be held on October 2, 2019
