Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On September 23, 2019, the Department of Employee Trust Funds (ETF) submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rule affects Chapters ETF 10, 11, 20, 60 and 70 relating to technical updates to existing ETF rules, delete obsolete language in ETF rules, and make other minor substantive changes. Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 018-19, was approved by the Governor on January 30, 2019, published in Register No. 758A2, on February 11, 2019, and approved by ETF Secretary Robert Conlin on March 22, 2019. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on Thursday, October 24, 2019 at 10:30.
