Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On August 1, 2019, the Department of Financial Institutions submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15(1), Stats. Analysis
The proposed rule creates s. DFI-CCS 10.04 relating to fees associated with Wisconsin’s Revised Uniform Partnership Act, ch. 178, Stats. Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 050-19, was approved by the governor on May 30, 2019; published in Administrative Register No. 762A2 on June 10, 2019; and approved by the secretary of the department on June 24, 2019. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on a date to be determined.
