On August 5, 2019, the Athletic Trainers Affiliated Credentialing Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapter AT 2, relating to requirements for license renewal and reinstatement. Statement of Scope
The statement of scope for this rule, SS 076-18, was approved by the Governor on July 3, 2018, published in Register No. 751A2 on July 9, 2018, and approved by the Athletic Trainers Affiliated Credentialing Board on July 31, 2018. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and has been scheduled for September 25, 2019.
