Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On August 1, 2019, the Department of Natural Resources submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapters NR 111, relating to cooling water intake structures. Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 005-15, was approved by the Governor on January 16, 2015, published in Register No. 710A1 on February 2, 2015, and approved by the Natural Resources Board on April 8, 2015. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required. Hearings will be held on September 9, 2019 and September 11, 2019.
