On June 20, 2019, the Wisconsin Department of Health Services submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse.
The statement of scope for the rule, SS 100-16, was approved by former Governor Walker on October 7, 2016, published in Register 2016 730-A4, on October 24, 2016, and approved by former DHS Secretary, Linda Seemeyer, on November 4, 2016. Subject

Public hearings
A public hearing is required. The hearing will be scheduled and a notice will be published in the Administrative Register, upon receipt of the Clearinghouse Report.
