NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to s. 115.28 (7) (a), Stats., the Department of Public Instruction will hold a public hearing as follows to consider the promulgation of emergency and proposed permanent rule amending PI 34 relating to cleanup revisions to educator licenses. The hearing will be held as follows:

For those who cannot attend the public hearing, comments received by the Department will be given the same weight as testimony presented at the hearing.

Written comments may be made via the Department’s form for submitting comment at Questions or additional testimony may be accepted by using the contact information below. Written comments on the proposed rules received no later than May 31, 2019, will be given the same consideration as testimony presented at the hearing.
