NOTICE OF PRELIMINARY PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to s. 227.136, Stats., the State of Wisconsin Department of Transportation will hold a preliminary public hearing on the Statement of Scope for Wisconsin Administrative Code ch. Trans 102.14 (3) relating to the issuance of commercial driver licenses to temporary workers from foreign countries. The statement of scope is available to review at: SS 046-19. HEARING INFORMATION:
