Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On May 6, 2019, the Department of Safety and Professional Services submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats.
Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapters SPS 175 and 176, relating to registered sanitarian examination requirements.
 
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 096-14, was approved by the Governor on September 19, 2014, published in Register No. 706A, on October 14, 2014, and approved by the Department of Safety and Professional Services on October 29, 2014.
Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on June 7, 2019 at 2:00 PM.
