On March 4, 2019, the Wisconsin Department of Health Services submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse.
The statement of scope for the rule, SS 091-17, was approved by former Governor Walker on August 31, 2017, published in Register 2017 741-A2, on September 11, 2017, and approved by former DHS Secretary, Linda Seemeyer, on September 26, 2017. Subject

Public hearings
A public hearing is required. The hearing will be scheduled and a notice will be published in the Administrative Register, upon receipt of the Clearinghouse Report.
