Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On March 7, 2019, the Department of Natural Resources submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules, Natural Resources Board Order FH-19-18, which affects Chapters 20 to 23 and 26, relating to fishing regulations on inland, outlying and boundary waters.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 109-18, was approved by the Governor on October 30, 2018, published in Register No. 755A1, on November 5, 2018, and approved by the Natural Resources Board on December 12, 2018. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on April 8, 2019.
