Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On March 5, 2019, the Department of Natural Resources submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapters NR 400, 406 and 407, relating to increasing the operational efficiency for, and to simplify the air permitting process. Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 002-13, was approved by the Governor on December 28, 2012, published in Register No. 685B on January 31, 2013, and approved by the Natural Resources Board on March 27, 2013. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on April 17, 2019.
