Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On January 31, 2019, the Department of Transportation submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rule creates Chapter Trans 58, Surveying Reference Station System User Fee, and affecting small businesses.
Statement of Scope and Proposed Rule
The scope statement for rule SS 013-14 was approved by the Governor on January 24, 2014, and published in the Wisconsin Administrative Register No. 698B on February 28, 2014. The proposed order creating permanent rule was approved by the Secretary of the State of Wisconsin Department of Transportation Craig Thompson as required by s. 227.135 (2), Wis. A public hearing is required and will be held on a date to be determined.
