Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On January 29, 2019, the Department of Transportation submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats.
Analysis
The proposed rule affects Chapter Trans 330, relating to motor bus equipment and inspection.
 
Statement of Scope and Proposed Rule
The scope statement for rule SS 080-15 was approved by Governor Walker on August 24, 2015, and published in the Wisconsin Administrative Register No. 716B on August 31, 2015. The proposed order amending permanent rule was approved by the Secretary of the State of Wisconsin Department of Transportation Craig Thompson as required by s. 227.135 (2), Wis. Stats., on January 29, 2019.

A public hearing is required and will be held on a date to be determined.
