NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Federal Equal Opportunity Standards for Apprenticeship Programs
Chs. DWD 295 and 296, Wis. Admin. Code
The Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development (DWD) announces that it will hold a joint public hearing on the emergency rule and permanent rule relating to federal equal opportunity standards for apprenticeship programs.

Appearances at the Hearing and Submittal of Written Comments
Interested persons are invited to appear at the hearing and will be afforded the opportunity to make an oral presentation of their positions. Persons making oral presentations are requested to submit their facts, views, and suggested rewording in writing.

Written comments must be received at or before the public hearing to be held on February 20, 2019 to be included in the record of rule-making proceedings.
The emergency and permanent rule may be reviewed and comments made at https://health.wisconsin.gov/admrules/public/Home no later than the start of the public hearing to be held on February 20, 2019 at 11:00 a.m.
Initial Regulatory Flexibility Analysis
The emergency rule or proposed rule will not have an effect on small businesses, as defined under s. 227.114 (1), Stats.
