Notice of Preliminary Hearing on Statement of Scope

The Marriage and Family Therapy, Professional Counseling, and Social Work Examining Board announces that it will hold a preliminary public hearing on Statement of Scope SS 005-19 for MPSW 3, 11, 16 relating to discrimination based upon arrest or conviction record. The type of the proposed rule is permanent. In accordance with s. 227.136, Stats., the Marriage and Family Therapy, Professional Counseling, and Social Work Examining Board is seeking public comment and feedback on Statement of Scope SS 005-19, at the time and place shown below.
