NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CHAPTER PI 31
AID FOR SCHOOL MENTAL HEALTH PROGRAMS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to s. 115.364 (3), Stats., and interpreting s. 115.364, Stats., the Department of Public Instruction will hold a public hearing as follows to consider the promulgation of Clearinghouse Rule 18-084, creating PI 31 relating to aid for school mental health programs. The hearing will be regarding both the proposed permanent rule and the related emergency rule. The hearing will be held as follows:
Hearing Information
Date and Time: Monday, February 4th, 2019, from 2:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Location: GEF 3 Building, Room 041, 125 S Webster St., Madison, WI 53703
Due to security upgrades at the GEF 3 building, visitors are required to enter via the Webster Street entrance and check in at the security desk. Handicap access to the building via the ADA compliance ramp will still be through the Butler Street entrance, where visitors will be required to press a doorbell and check in at the security desk.
The hearing site is fully accessible to persons with disabilities.
