The Department of Children and Families submitted proposed rules to the Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse on November 27, 2018.
The statement of scope for this rule, SS 086-18, was approved by the Governor on 7/27/18; published in Register No. 752A1 on 8/16/18; and approved by Secretary Eloise Anderson on 9/13/18. Analysis
The proposed rules affect DCF 150, relating to relating to a correction affecting the determination of child support when the parents have shared placement and the payer receives the child’s SSDI benefits.
Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held in Madison on January 9, 2019.The organizational unit responsible for the promulgation of the proposed rule is the Division of Family and Economic Support.
