The statement of scope for this rule, SS 021-17, was approved by the Governor on March 3, 2017, was published in Administrative Register No. 735A1 on March 6, 2017, and was approved by the Board of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection, as required by s. 227.135(2), Stats., on March 16, 2017.
