Rule Information
The Board has modified this rule since holding its initial public hearing on May 31, 2018.  Due to the opioid crisis in the State of Wisconsin, the Board further amended the rule to require that licensees obtain two hours of continuing education related to responsible prescribing of controlled substances for the 2019/2021 biennium.

Comments must be received at or before the public hearing to be held at 9:00 am on January 24, 2019 to be included in the record of rule-making proceedings.
