Notice OF SUBMITTAL OF PROPOSED RULE TO
LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL RULES CLEARINGHOUSE
On September 24, 2018, the Department of Natural Resources submitted a proposed rule, AM-18-13, to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15(1), Stats.
Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapter NR 422, relating to regulating volatile organic compound emissions from lithographic printing facilities.
Statement of Scope
The statement of scope for this rule, SS 051-13, was approved by the governor on May 8, 2013, published in Register No. 689 on May 31, 2013, and approved by the Natural Resources Board on February 24, 2014.
Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on November 5, 2018.
