NOTICE OF RULEMAKING
WITHOUT PUBLIC HEARING
UNDER WIS. STAT. § 227.16(2)(e)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Department of Justice (DOJ) will adopt the attached rule, without public hearing under the procedure set forth in s. 227.16(2)(e), Stats., unless a petition is received by DOJ within 30 days after publication of the notice, signed by any of the following: (a) 25 natural persons who will be affected by the rule.
(b) A municipality that will be affected by the rule.
(c) An association that is representation of a farm, labor, business, or professional group that will be affected by the rule.
SUBMISSION OF WRITTEN COMMENTS
Comments on the proposed rule may be submitted in writing. Written comments should be submitted by no later than October 29, 2018 at 5:00 p.m., and can be submitted to adminrules.wisconsin.gov, faxed to 608-267-2223 to the attention of Maura Whelan, emailed to whelanmf@doj.state.wi.us, or mailed to the attention of Maura Whelan at the Wisconsin Department of Justice, 17 W. Main Street, P.O. Box 7857, Madison, WI 53707-7857. INITIAL REGULATORY FLEXIBILITY ANALYSIS
The emergency rule does not impose any financial or compliance burdens that will have an effect on small businesses, as defined under s. 227.114(1), Stats., or a significant economic impact COPIES OF PROPOSED RULE AND FISCAL ESTIMATE
