The statement of scope for the rule, SS 070-17, was approved by the Governor on August 03, 2017, published in Register 2017 740-A2 on August 14, 2017, and approved by DHS Secretary, Linda Seemeyer, on August 28, 2017. Subject

A public hearing is required. The hearing will be scheduled and a notice will be published in the Administrative Register, upon receipt of the Clearinghouse Report.
