Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On August 30, 2018, the Department of Transportation submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15(1), Wis. Stats.
Analysis
The proposed rule affects Chapters Trans 3, 4, 6 and 8, relating to the administration of grant programs to administer federal and state funds for local public transit services.
 
Statement of Scope and Proposed Rule
The scope statement for rule SS 078-15 was approved by the Governor on August 17, 2015, and published in the Wisconsin Administrative Register No. 716A4 on August 24, 2015. The proposed order adopting permanent rule was approved by the Secretary of the State of Wisconsin Department of Transportation Dave Ross as required by s. 227.135(2), Wis. Stats., on August 20, 2018.

A public hearing is required and will be held on a date to be determined.
