CHAPTER PI 34
EDUCATOR LICENSES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to s. 118.19 (18) (bg), Stats., and interpreting s. 118.19 (18) (bg), Stats., the Department of Public Instruction will hold a public hearing as follows to consider the promulgation of Clearinghouse Rule 18-060 and Emergency Rule 1817, amending PI 34 relating to changes to lifetime licenses as a result of 2017 Wisconsin Act 206. The hearing will be held as follows:

For those who cannot attend the public hearing, comments received by the Department will be given the same weight as testimony presented at the hearing.
