NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

CHAPTER PI 36

PUBLIC SCHOOL INTER-DISTRICT OPEN ENROLLMENT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to s. 227.11 (2) (a) (intro.), Stats., and interpreting s. 118.52, Stats., the Department of Public Instruction will hold a public hearing as follows to consider the promulgation of Clearinghouse Rule 18-048 and Emergency Rule 1814, amending Chapter PI 36 relating to restoring part time open enrollment rules. The hearing will be held as follows:
