On June 28, 2018, the Board of Nursing submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats.

Analysis

The proposed rules affect Chapter N 8, relating to advance practice nurse prescribers collaboration with dentists.

Statement of Scope

The scope statement for this rule, SS 016-18, was approved by the Governor on February 7, 2018, published in Register No. 746A3, on February 19, 2018, and approved by the Board of Nursing on March 8, 2018.

A public hearing is required and will be held on a date to be determined.
