NOTICE OF HEARING
Rule Relating to Dog Sellers and Dog Facility Operators
The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (“Department”) announces that it will hold a public hearing on changes to Wis. Admin. Code § ATCP 16 concerning the dog sellers program. The Department will hold the public hearing at the time and place shown below.

The Department invites the public to attend the hearing and to comment on the proposed rule. Following the public hearing, the hearing record will remain open until July 25, 2018, for additional written public comments.
