The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection announces that it has referred the following proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse, pursuant to s. 227.15, Stats. SUBJECT: Livestock Premises Registration

The department will hold a public hearing on this rule on April 16, 2018, in Madison.
The scope statement for this rule, SS 023-17, was approved by the Governor on March 3, 2017, published in Register No. 735A1 on March 6, 2017, and approved by the Board of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection as required by s. 227.135(2), Stats., on February 27, 2018.
