NOTICE OF HEARING
Permanent Rule Relating to Flammable, Combustible and Hazardous Liquids
The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (“Department”) announces that it will hold four public hearings on a permanent rule relating to flammable, combustible, and hazardous liquids. The permanent rule will repeal and recreate ATCP 93.

The Department invites the public to attend the hearing and comment on the permanent rule. Following the public hearing, the hearing record will remain open until April 16, 2018, for additional written public comments.
