Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to

Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse

On December 28, 2017, the Real Estate Examining Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats.

Analysis

The proposed rules affect Chapters REEB 16 and 25, relating to obsolete cross references in real estate broker education and update real estate terminology.

Statement of Scope

The scope statement for this rule, SS 120-17, was approved by the Governor on November 16, 2017, published in Register No. 743A3, on November 20, 2017, and approved by the Real Estate Examining Board on December 1, 2017.

Agency Procedure for Promulgation

A public hearing is required and will be held on February 1, 2018.
