Initial Regulatory Flexibility Analysis
The proposed rule will affect small businesses as defined in s. 227.114 (1), Stats., but the effect will be minimal. The rule will require child care providers to enter into a written agreement with parents that receive a subsidy for child care. The written agreement covers the basic terms of the business arrangement that most providers would already be discussing with parents. A department form will be available for providers who do not want to create their own written agreement.
