On December 12, 2017, the Board of Nursing submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats.

The scope statement for this rule, SS 056-16, was approved by the Governor on June 8, 2016, published in Register No. 726A2, on June 18, 2016, and approved by the Board of Nursing on June 27, 2016.
