PROPOSED RULE TO LEGISLATIVE
COUNCIL RULES CLEARINGHOUSE
The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection announces that it has referred the following proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse, pursuant to s. 227.15, Stats. SUBJECT: Flammable, Combustible and Hazardous Liquids

The department will hold four public hearings on this rule: at the Lee Dreyfus State Office Building in Waukesha on March 1, 2018; at the Prairie Oaks State Office Building in Madison on March 5, 2018; at the Green Bay State Office Building on March 15, 2018; and at the Chippewa Valley Technical College on March 19, 2018.
The scope statement for this rule, SS 134-13, was approved by the Governor on October 15, 2013, published in Register No. 694B on October 31, 2013, and approved by the Board of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection as required by Wis. Stat. § 227.135 (2), on November 13, 2013. The department’s Division of Trade and Consumer Protection is primarily responsible for this rule. If you have questions, you may contact David A.
