On November 1, 2017, the Department of Natural Resources submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect ss. NR 47.910 to 47.917, relating to the deactivation of the state organized, cost shared program for suppression of gypsy moth Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 054-14, was approved by the Governor on 5/23/14, published in Register No.702, on 6/14/14, and approved by the Natural Resources Board on 8/13/14. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
