Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On September 13, 2017, the Department of Safety and Professional Services submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats.
Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapters SPS 381 to 387 and 391, relating to Private Onsite Wastewater Treatment Systems (POWTS) and the Wisconsin Fund.
Statement of Scope
The statement of scope for this rule, SS 040-14, was approved by the Governor on April 28, 2014, published in Register No. 701A on May 14, 2014, and approved by the Department of Safety and Professional Services on September 21, 2015.
Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on October 17, 2017.
