PUBLIC NOTICE
PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD FOR ADMINISTRATIVE RULE EXTENDED
The Department of Natural Resources has extended the comment period for Administrative Rule SS-22-12, Clearinghouse Rule CR 17-046 revising Chapter NR 149 and related to laboratory accreditation and affecting small business.
The department will accept comments on the proposed rule by sending an email to DNRAdministrativeRulesComments@wisconsin.gov or by completing the comment form at http://docs.legis.wisconsin.gov/code/chr/comment.
Comments will be accepted until October 1, 2017.
