On July 24, 2017, the Chiropractic Examining Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules revise Chapter Chir 3, relating to license renewal. Statement of Scope
The statement of scope for this rule, SS 030-17, was approved by the Governor on March 9, 2017, published in Register No. 735A2 on March 13, 2017, and approved by the Chiropractic Examining Board on March 29, 2017. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be scheduled. Information as to the place, date, and time of the public hearing will be published on the Department of Safety and Professional Services’ website and in the Wisconsin Administrative Register.
