NOTICE OF HEARING
Emergency Rule Relating to Maple Syrup Grading and Processing
The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (Department”) announces that it will hold a public hearing on an emergency rule relating to maple syrup grading and processing.
The Department will hold the public hearing at the time and place shown below:

The Department invites the public to attend the hearings and comment on the emergency rule. Following the public hearings, the hearing record will remain open until March 31, 2017, for additional written public comments. Comments may be sent to the Division of Food and Recreational Safety at the address below, to Pete.Haase@wisconsin.gov, or to http://docs.legis.wisconsin.gov/code/comment.
