Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On December 28, 2016, the Department of Safety and Professional Services submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats.
Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapters SPS 303, 314, and 361-366, relating to the Wisconsin commercial building code.
Statement of Scope
The statement of scope for this rule, SS 043-15, was approved by the Governor on April 9, 2015, published in Register No. 712B on April 27, 2015, and approved by the Department of Safety and Professional Services on May 8, 2015.
Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required. Public hearings have been scheduled for January 31, 2017, February 1, 2017, and February 2, 2017.
