NOTICE OF HEARING
Local Agents and Regulation
The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (Department) announces that it will hold a public hearing on a proposed Local Agents and Regulation, ch. ATCP 74.
The Department will hold two public hearings at the time and place shown below.

The Department invites the public to attend the hearing and comment on the proposed rule. The Department is particularly interested in obtaining comments about the proposed documentation of agent program costs, which is to be provided by local agent programs to the Department. Following the public hearing, the hearing record will remain open until Friday, February 3, 2017, for additional written public comments. Comments may be sent to the Division of Food and Recreational Safety at the address below, by email to Peter.Haase@wisconsin.gov, or to http://docs.legis.wisconsin.gov/code/comment.
