On November 30, 2016, the Wisconsin Department of Health Services submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse.

A public hearing is required. The hearing will be scheduled and a noticed will be published in the Administrative Register, upon receipt of the Clearinghouse Report.
