DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH SERVICES

REQUEST FOR COMMENTS

ON THE ECONOMIC IMPACT

OF PROPOSED PERMANENT RULES

Chapter DHS 78, relating to telecommunication assistance for deaf, deafblind,

and severely hard of hearing persons.

Introduction and purpose

This request is made by the Department of Health Services under s. 227.137, Stats., to solicit information and advice from businesses, associations representing businesses, local governmental units, and individuals who may be affected by the proposed rules for use in analyzing and determining the economic impact that the rules would have on businesses, individuals, public utility rate payers, local governmental units, and the state’s economy as a whole.

Confidentiality

Comments on the draft proposed rules are voluntary. Your name and comment, or a summary thereof, may be made available to the public.

Comment period

Comments will be accepted by the Department of Health Services for 14 calendar days, beginning on the date of publication of this notice in the Wisconsin Administrative Register.
