Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to

Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse

On July 27, 2016, the State of Wisconsin Department of Transportation submitted a proposed permanent rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats.

Analysis

The proposed permanent rule affect s. Trans 201.23 and Ch. Trans 202, relating to Wisconsin Scenic Byway Program.

Statement of Scope

The scope statement for this permanent rule, SS 055-14, was approved by the Governor on May 23, 2014, published in Register No. 702, on June 14, 2014, and approved by Mark Gottlieb, P.E., as required by Wis. Stat. s. 227.135(2).

Agency Procedure for Promulgation

A public hearing date will be scheduled for s. Trans 201.23 and ch. Trans 202, relating to Wisconsin Scenic Byway Program in the near future. I will inform you of the date and time as soon as it becomes available.
