NOTICE OF HEARING
Rules relating to Maple Syrup Grading and Processing
The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (“Department”) announces that it will hold public hearings on proposed rule revisions relating to Maple Syrup Grading and Processing.
The Department will hold four public hearings at the times and places shown below.

The Department invites the public to attend the hearing and comment on the proposed rule. Following the public hearing, the hearing record will remain open until September 2, 2016, for additional written public comments. Comments may be sent to the Division of Food and Recreational Safety at the address below, or to Peter.Haase@wisconsin.gov, or to http://adminrules.wisconsin.gov.
