NOTICE OF HEARING
Rule Relating to Milk and Milk Products
The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP) announces that it will hold a public hearing on a proposed rule relating to milk and milk products.
DATCP will hold one public hearing at the time and place shown below.

DATCP invites the public to attend the hearing and comment on the proposed rule. Following the public hearing, the hearing record will remain open until February 15, 2016, for additional written public comments. Comments may be sent to the Division of Food Safety at the address below, or to Peter.Haase@wisconsin.gov.
