Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On December 7, 2015, the Hearing and Speech Examining Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapter HAS 6 and 7, relating to licensure of speech-language pathologists, audiologists and temporary licenses and requirements for renewal and reinstatement of credentials granted by the hearing and speech examining board. Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 047-14, was approved by the Governor on May 15, 2014, published in Register No. 701B, on May 31, 2014, and approved by Hearing and Speech Examining Board on July 14, 2014. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on January 11, 2016.
