On October 20, 2015, the Pharmacy Examining Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapter Phar 5, relating to renewal and reinstatement. Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 003-15, was approved by the Governor on January 8, 2015, published in Register No. 709B, on January 26, 2015, and approved by Pharmacy Examining Board on February 11, 2015. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on November 18, 2015.
